Hamburger Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 (11 oz.) can cheese soup
Tater Tots

Preheat oven to 450. Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Add spices. Stir in cheese soup. Pour mixture into a square casserole dish. Top mixture with a layer of Tater Tots and back for 12-15 minutes.

Caden’s Special Hot Dogs

 1 pkg. hot dogs
1 can crescent rolls
1 pkg. string cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350.  Cut vertical slits in the middle of each hot dog. Slice strips of string cheese in half (vertically). Place cheese inside of hot dog. Wrap one crescent roll around each hot dog. Place wrapped hot dogs on baking sheet. Back until hot dogs are plump, cheese is melted, and crescent rolls are golden brown.  You can turn these into mummies for a Halloween treat.

Spaghetti Bake

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions (I use frozen.)
1 can spaghetti sauce
8 oz. spagetti noodles (or pasta of your choice)
Pepperoni
Shredded Cheese of Your choice (we use colby jack)

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles. Brown ground beef with onions in a deep skillet. Drain noodles and beef. Pour spaghetti sauce in with burger/onion mixture. Then, mix in the noodles. Pour into a square casserole dish (8×8 or 9×9). Top with pepperoni. Cover with shredded cheese. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with Garlic Toast and green beans (per Caden!).

I received this recipe from a friend. You can add chopped green pepper to the recipe, if you like it.
